GCP began as a broker in aluminum castings and within a short time we were offered the opportunity to obtain an equity partnership with an existing aluminum foundry in Jinan China. Through the years we have helped develop the foundry into one of the most successful in China with capital expenditures in the best equipment available and full vertical integration from tool shop to shipping along with our APQP management system, honed process and quality controls, building expansions, management, a secure workforce and customer support.

We have a production area of 45,000 square meters with 33,000 square meters of workshop and office space. Financial assets exceed $65.5 MM. Our annual output can reach 3,500 T (about 2 Million Pieces).

Our casting processes include: Tooling shop, permanent mold casting, low pressure die casting, eight gravity cast machines as well as a full array of equipment including two hot-box core centers, shot blasting machines, a 35m six dip parts wash line and a fully equipped machine shop for after cast machining. We have over 30 sets of CNC machines with eight 5 axis machining centers.

We have import and export authority. In order to expand our International business we export aluminum castings to the USA, UK, Belgium, Sweden, Germany, Hungary and Brazil. In 2005 we began to provide products for Ape (SE) and Denso (UK) meeting and exceeding all delivery and quality standards.
